港口传统的卷钢板装卸工艺已不适应港口的生产,研发了新的装卸工艺。介绍了普通卷钢板的装卸工艺。阐述了立式卷钢板装卸车工艺及大型卷钢板的装卸工艺。具体介绍了3种吊装大型卷钢板的方案,供不同的现场选用。

The traditional handling technology for the roll steel plate in the port could not be suitable to the production, so the new handling technology has been developed. This paper introduces the handling technology for common roll steel plate. Then it states respectively the unloading technology for vertical roll steel plate and the handling technology for large roll steel plate . Also it introduces in detail 3 kinds of plans for handling the large steel plates, which could be chosen by different sites .
