奥扎格雷钠联合神经节苷脂治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

Observation on the effect of Ozagrel ganglioside treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨奥扎格雷钠联合神经节苷脂对急性脑梗死患者治疗效果。方法将120例脑梗死患者,随机分为治疗组(奥扎格雷钠联合神经节苷脂)60例和对照组(阿魏酸钠)60例。两组患者均于治疗前和治疗后进行神经功能评分,结合治疗后患者的病残程度评定临床疗效,进行临床观察。结果奥扎格雷钠联合神经节苷脂治疗组总有效率96.7%,明显优于对照组83.3%(P<0.01)。结论奥扎格雷钠联合神经节苷脂治疗急性脑梗死有较好效果。

Objective To investigate ozagrel ganglioside treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 120 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group（ozagrel ganglioside） 60 cases and the control group（ferulic acid） for 60 cases.Patients in both groups before and after treatment in the treatment of neurological score,combined treatment of patients with sick level of clinical efficacy assessment.Clinical observation.Results Ozagrel ganglioside treatment group efficiency was 96.7% higher than the control group 83.3%（P 0.01）.Conclusion ozagrel ganglioside treatment of acute cerebral infarction with good results.
