鼻内镜和纤维喉镜联合应用治疗上颌窦囊肿31例分析

Combined application of nasal endoscopy with fibrolaryngoscope for surgical treatment of maxillary sinus cysts

目的观察鼻内镜联合纤维喉镜治疗上颌窦囊肿的手术效果。方法对31例确诊为上颌窦囊肿的患者采用鼻内镜与纤维喉镜联合应用手术治疗。结果 31例均手术成功,术后恢复良好,无手术并发症发生。随访6个月至2年,26例囊肿消失,患者无临床症状,上颌窦内黏膜上皮化好,无分泌物潴留;5例患者囊肿消失,症状明显减轻,仅上颌窦内局部黏膜增厚,有少许分泌物。结论鼻内镜联合鼻咽纤维喉镜治疗上颌窦囊肿操作简便、创伤小、并发症少、效果肯定,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the surgical efficacy of fibrolaryngoscope in nasal endoscopic maxillary sinus cysts.Methods Thirty-one cases with maxillary sinus cysts were surgically treated under nasal endoscopy and fibrolaryngoscope.Results All the operations were successful with no complications occurred.After follow-up of 6 months to 2 years,26 cases achieved good epithelization of maxillary sinus mucosa and secretion,and the other 5 cases were found pachymucosa of local maxillary sinus mucosa,symptom obviouslylightened and few of sceretion.Conclusion Maxillary sinus cystectomy under nasal endoscopy and fibrolaryngoscope is simple,mini-traumatic and effective with few complications,and can be widely used in clinic.
