摘要
目的建立HPLC测定糖尿乐胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1含量的方法。方法选用Diamonsil(钻石)柱(4.6×250mm,5μm);乙腈-0.05%磷酸(19:81)为流动相;检测波长为203nm;流速1.0ml/min。结果人参皂苷Rg1在0.9952～4.9760ug范围内,呈良好的线性关系。结论本法简便、准确,适用于糖尿乐胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1的含量测定。
Objective to establish HPLC determination tangniaole capsules in Rg1 content.Methods Diamonsil（diamond ） column（4.6 × 250 mm,5 μ m）;acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid（19：81） as mobile phase;detection wavelength for 203nm;velocity 1.0 ml/min.Results ginsenoside Rg 1 in 0.9952 ～ 4.9760 μg range,had good linear relationship.Conclusion this method is simple,accurate,suitable for tangniaole capsules in Rg1 determination.
