摘要
右冠状动脉开口于左冠状窦者,可产生心绞痛、呼吸困难、急性心肌梗死,甚至猝死,是青年人猝死的重要原因。双源CT（DSCT）能更好的显示冠状动脉的解剖分布,而且可多期相观察冠状动脉在心动周期内的变化情况。本研究的目的是评价DSCT在观察右冠状动脉起源左冠状窦异常中的价值。
