享有“海运达沃斯”美誉的“国际海运（中国）年会”自2004年诞生以来，已成功举办了六届。本届年会以“把握未来”为主题，着眼行业发展前景，共同研究后危机时代伴随经济、金融发展和科技进步出现的新机遇、新挑战，探索国际航运发展规律，为业界健康发展搭建合作交流平台，很有意义。
In the speech titled Seizing Opportunities,Optimizing Structures and Promoting the Sustainable Development of International Shipping Industry,the Vice Minister said that during the period of the Twelfth Five-year Plan,China's economy and social development will contribute more driving power for the shipping industry both at home and abroad and the nation's water transport growth will enjoy a time of opportunities.China must take more measures to expand sea transport,accelerate the development of inland waterway transport in order to push forward a convenient,efficient, green,safe and modernized water transport industry.China's growth and progress cannot be achieved without the world, and in turn the prosperity and stability of the world cannot be maintained without China.
