摘要
根据巨藻生长特点及大规模养殖生产需要而进行了潜筏式平养和潜筏式垂养比较;不同养殖密度与产量的关系;不同分苗时间对产量的影响及不同流速下的内外海区对巨藻生长的影响等多项研究。结果表明,潜筏式平养优于潜筏式垂养,它可使巨藻处于最佳生长水层,产量前者是后者的两倍;在适宜的15、22、30 株不同密度组中,每2m 养殖苗绳夹22 株巨藻养殖效果最佳,每公顷产鲜品170t 左右,分苗时间的早晚对最终的产量影响很大,早分苗是高产的重要措施;巨藻喜生长在流水通畅的海区,流水通畅可弥补某些海区海水营养盐偏低的不足。
Submerged floating-raft culture method was conducted in order to meet the growth of giant kelp and its production on a large scale. The experiment included(a). comparing horizontal method with hanging method;(b). effect of culture density on the yield;(c). effect of the time for transplanting plants from the sporeling cords to the culture ropes on the yield;(d). effect of inner and outer culture water area on the growth of giant kelp. The results are as follows. Horizontal submerging culture methed is superior to hanging submerging culture method, the former could keep giant kelp growing at the optitum water layer and its yield is twice as high as the latter. 22 plants per 2m rope showed the best density in suitable density groups of 15,22,30 plants, 170 tons of fresh giant kelp could be produced per hectare at the group of 22 plants. There was a obvious difference between early and late transplanting plants. Giant kelp likes growing in the suitable swift water current which could compensate the lack of nutrient salts for the plant's growth in some water areas.
