＂Standing among the nations of the Earth＂is a discourse that has always been emphasized by the CPC leaders.It reflects the CPC＇s spirit of hardworking for the destiny of the Chinese nation.Politically,the CPC has explored with tireless efforts a road of socialism with Chinese characteristics to ensure the socialist China stand in the East of the world forever.Culturally,the CPC builds a ＂national,scientific and mass socialist culture＂ that makes the Chinese culture sparkling in the world.In science and technology,especially in the high-tech area,the CPC makes the Chinese nation indefectible in international competition.These three intertwined and indivisible dimensions greatly advances the national spirit.
