促进宁夏内陆型开放型经济发展的战略思考

Strategic Thinking for the Development of Inland Open Economy in Ningxia

国务院批准宁夏发展内陆开放型经济,对于宁夏深入实施西部大开发、促进宁夏科学发展有重要意义。推进内陆开放型经济发展,应该坚持以开放促开发、以开放促发展的主线,面向两种资源、两个市场,坚持三大开放、三大融合,在对外开放、对内开放、重点产业与重点区域开放方面采取不同的战略,并积极构筑适应内陆开放型经济发展的支撑体系。

The State Council＇s authorization for Ningxia to develop an inland open economy has great significance for Ningxia to implement the western development strategy and to develop scientifically.To enhance the development of inland open economy,we should uphold the masterstroke of promoting development with opening-up;look to two resources and two markets;uphold three opening-ups and three fusions;adopt different strategies for international opening-up,domestic opening-up,and opening-up for key sectors and key regions;and actively construct a supportive system for the development of an inland open economy.
