Zhu De's Contributions to the Economic Building of the Shaan-Gan-Ning Border Region

为解决陕甘宁边区财政经济严重困难,朱德提出了独立自主发展边区经济的新方略,指导发展边区工业,首倡"军垦屯田"政策并领导开发南泥湾,对边区经济建设和革命胜利作出了独特而重要的贡献。

In order to overcome severe fiscal and economic difficulties in the Shaan-Gan-Ning Border Region,Zhu De proposed a new general plan of independent economic development of the border region,and initiated the ＂wasteland open-up with stationed troops＂ policy and led the exploit of Nanniwan.He therefore made special and significant contributions to economic building in the border region and to the victory of the revolution.
