Combining with the working experience and the current relative management measures of the General Municipal Company in Taiyuan, the paper explores the factual measures for the field civilized management in program projects, and illustrates the points and methods, including the construction field management, the mechanical and materials management, the environment protection, and civilized construction, so as to regulate the construction process for the field construction, and improve the production efficiency.
