摘要
介绍了邯郸市20世纪90年代建设的既有住宅现状,提出了一套较完整的适合该地区实际情况的居住建筑节能改造方案,包括屋面改造、墙体改造、窗体改造三方面内容,以期指导邯郸市居住建筑尽快实现可持续发展。
The paper introduces the current situation for the existing residential buildings of Handan in 1990s, points out the energy-saving reconstruction scheme which is suitable and systemic for the areas, including the roof reconstruction, the wall reconstruction and the window reconstruction, so as to direct the residential buildings in Handan to realize the sustainable development as soon as possible.
