摘要
针对目前国内建筑节能工作进展现状及存在的突出问题,从政策法规、技术规范、施工管理三方面入手探讨了建筑节能措施,提出应逐步建立并完善相关法律法规,加强宣传引导,积极推广节能新技术,以促进建筑产业可持续发展。
Aiming at the progress for the architectural energy-saving in China and outstanding problems, the paper explores the architectural energy-saving measures from the policies and regulations, the technological regulation, and the construction management, and points out the relative laws and regulations should be established and improved gradually, the propaganda and direction be improved and energy-saving new technology be promoted actively, so as to enhance the sustainable development of the architectural industry.
