The paper has the analysis and research on the current situation for the energy-saving buildings in China, analyzes the reasons for these problems from the energy-saving residence and the energy-saving technology, and points out the suggestions and strategies for these solution, so as to create the energy-saving buildings with better residential function and environmental quality.
