总结了目前施工企业工程项目成本管理工作存在的问题并进行了分析,从工程施工前、施工过程、竣工后三阶段着手,探讨了成本控制的有效措施,以达到降低项目成本、提高企业经济效益的目的。

This paper summarizes and analyzes problems existing in current engineering project cost management of construction enterprise, starting from three angles of before commencement of construction of the project, in the construction process, and after completion, discusses the effective measures for cost control, so as to achieve the goal of reducing project cost and improving enterprise economic benefits.
