结合工作经验,在了解工程量清单计价模式的基础上,总结了工程量清单环境下施工企业投标报价的一些体会,从七个方面进行了探讨分析,以期提高企业投标报价竞争力,为企业的全过程项目管理奠定基础。

Combining with the work experience, the paper sums up some consideration for the bidding and pricing of the construction enterprises under the engineering bill pricing environment based on the engineering bill pricing model, and explores and analyzes from seven aspects, so as to improve the bidding and pricing compatibility of the enterprises＇ bidding, and lay the basement for the whole process program management of enterprises.
