摘要
以某铁路招投标项目为例,从含义及适用范围、优越性、分值构成、报价方案四方面对三种评标办法进行了分析比较,指出了各自的优缺点,以期对施工企业投标过程中采取正确报价方案提供帮助。
Taking the bidding program of some railway as the example, the paper analyzes and compares the three bidding methods from the concepts, the applied scopes, the advantages, the score structure, and the bidding scheme, and points out their respective advantages and disad- vantages, so as to provide the assistance to adopt the correct bidding scheme in the bidding process of the construction enterprises.
