盾构隧道洞口段预加固技术的应用

Application of pre-reinforced technology in shield tunneling portal

针对川气东送管道工程安庆长江盾构穿越隧道粉细砂流动性地层的地质条件,对隧道洞口段采用预加固措施、施工方法、端头密封等方面技术进行了总结与研究,以期为今后类似地质条件下盾构隧道洞口段的安全施工提供指导。

In light of geological condition of west-to-east natural gas transmission project Anqing Changjiang shield tunneling crossing silt sand fluidity stratum, this paper summarizes and studies tunnel portal construction technology including pre-reinforced technology, construction methods, and the end sealing and so on, so as to provide guidance for future safe construction at shield tunneling portal section under similar geological condition.
