摘要
大豆复合功能因子是一种新型的食品原料,由多种营养成分和功能因子组成,包括:0.94%大豆异黄酮、1.06%大豆皂甙、17.1%低聚糖等。通过动物试验,本研究表明:老龄鼠经12d喂灌大豆复合功能因子,能够使血清中SOD活性增强0.129Nu/mL,说明大豆复合功能因子具有抗氧化和延缓衰老的作用。
Soybean complex functional factors (SCFFs) include new food material composed of nutritional ingredients and functional ingredients with 0.94% isoflavone, 1.06% saponin, and 17.1% oligosaeeharide. By the animal test, the results showed the SOD activity of old mice serum increased to 0.129 Nu/mL after 12 days of continuous feed irrigation.
