摘要
本文论述了甜菊糖甙的理化性质及其作用，阐明了目前甜菊糖甙的提取方法，并对各种方法的优缺点进行了比较分析，总结出运用超声原理结合连续逆流提取法将是未来甜菊糖甙提取的主导方式，并针对目前国内的研究现状，提出今后甜菊糖甙的研究方向。
The physical and chemical properties of rebaudioside and its extraction methods in this article were discussed. The merit and demerit of different extract methods were compared and analyzed. It can be concluded that hyperacoustic principle combined with continuous countercurrent extraction will be the main extraction metbod. According to current research, the research direction of rebaudioside was proposed.
