几种冬小麦幼苗转化酶活性与抗旱性关系的初探 被引量:4

摘要 干旱胁迫下冬小麦不同品种幼苗的转化酶活性变化不同.随着干旱胁迫的不断加剧,抗旱性强的品种,转化酶活性高于抗旱性弱的品种,转化酶的这一特性,可做为鉴别小麦抗旱性强弱的指标之一.并且方法简便. Activity of transforming enzyme is different for different varieties of winter wheat seedlings under drought stress.The activity is higher than those in weak one with the increaxing of drought stress.the characteristic of the activity may be used as one of indexes that differentiates strong drought resistant seedlimgs from weak ones.And this method is simple and eonvenient.
