抗氧化微营养素对蛋鸡生产性能及血清酶水平的影响

The Influence of Adding Anti-oxidative micronutrients to Diets on Production Performance and Enzyme Activities in the Serum

选择４４周龄京白蛋鸡１２０只，随机分为３组，分别添加不同水平的维生素Ｃ、微量元素硒、铜及锌，观察对生产性能及血清中谷丙转氨酸、肌酸激酶及碱性磷酸酶活性的影响．结果表明：饲料添加Ｖｃ１０００ｍｇ／ｋｇ，Ｓｅ０．３ｍｇ／ｋｇ，Ｃｕ５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ及Ｚｎ８５ｍｇ／ｋｇ可调控血清谷丙转氨酶、肌酸激酶及碱性磷酸酶水平，显著降低产蛋率下降幅度（Ｐ＜０．０５），增加蛋壳厚度（Ｐ＜０．０５）．

week_old layers were fed different level of VC,Se,Cu,Zn.The results indicated that adding VC 1000mg/kg,Se 03mg/kg,Cu 50mg/kg and Zn 85mg/kg can improve production performance and regulate enzyme activite in the serum.
