复合酶制剂对产蛋鸡生产性能及血液指标的影响 被引量:6

摘要 选用80只380日龄北京白鸡,随机分成2个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复10只鸡.以玉米-豆粕型基础日粮为对照组,以基础日粮添加0.1%的复合酶制剂为试验组,试验期4周.试验结束后,由每个重复中随机选择2只鸡进行心脏采血,以获得血样.结果表明:在玉米-豆粕型日粮中添加复合酶对产蛋鸡的平均采食量、产蛋量、蛋重无显著影响,但对蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度有明显的改善作用(P<0.05),对产蛋后期的产蛋率下降有明显的抑制作用;对血液指标虽没有明显的处理效应,但复合酶能提高血浆钙及血浆总蛋白含量. day-old laying hens was randomly divided into two treatments with four replicates and 15 layers each replicate.A 4-weeks feeding trial on multi-enzyme preparation supplement was conducted.The basal diet and adding 0.1% multi-enzyme preparation diet were formulated.The results showed that multi-enzyme preparation supplement in a core-soybean diet for layers is not effective on increasing egg production,egg weight and average feed intake.but the treatment is significantly effective on increasing shell strength and shell thickness and on decreasing fall degree of laying rate,multi-enzyme can improve content of calcium and total protein in plasma.
