本文就进一步开拓功能性食品的科学研究思路,诸如摄入量(添加量)问题、整个食品与分离出来的个体食品组分问题,动物试验与人体试验问题等等,做了浅探.
The paper primarily proposes a series of issues which need to be taken into consideration when developing,promoting and consuming functional foods.
