抗氧化微营养素对蛋鸡甲状腺素和淋巴细胞转化率及产蛋性能的影响

The Influence of Adding Anti-oxidative to Diets\=on the Production Performance and Immune Response \=Thyroid Hormone in the Serum

选择４４周龄京白鸡１２０只，随机分为３组，分别添加不同水平的维生素Ｃ、微量元素硒、铜及锌，观察夏季高温条件下，其对生产性能及血清中甲状腺素水平，血糖水平、淋巴细胞转化率的影响．结果表明：饲粮中添加Ｖｃ１０００ｍｇ／ｋｇ，Ｓｅ０．３ｍｇ／ｋｇ，Ｃｕ５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ及Ｚｎ８５ｍｇ／ｋｇ．可明显提高血液中淋巴细胞的转化率；甲状腺素Ｔ３和血糖水平有升高的趋势，但与对照组差异不显著．
