摘要 针对血液透析中心排台程序固定化、台位不便更新的问题,将一种改进的高层ADO数据库访问技术应用在全自动排台系统中。借助ADO组件动态链接数据库,设计了排台信息管理功能,医护人员可以随时查询、修改、添加排台信息。将台位信息显示在液晶屏上,及时提醒患者换台时间。同时系统特有的来电弹屏功能,方便患者通过电话咨询台位信息及在特定情况下调换台位。该系统的建立降低了人工调换台位的复杂性,提高了透析工作的效率和质量,有利于透析工作的信息化、规范化建设。 The general procedures for arranging bed position in hemodialysis center is immobilized and the bed is inconvenient to change,so an improved high-level ADO database access technology is used in completely automatic arranging bed position program.Dynamically connecting to the database with ADO components,bed information management capability is designed,so medical personnel can access,modify and add station information at any time.Station information can be displayed on the LCD screen,the patient can gain the shifting station time at the right moment.At the same time,system-specific calls pop-up window function facilitates patients counsel station information through telephone and exchanges platform under specific circumstances.The establishment of this system will reduce the complexity of artificial exchanging station,increase the dialysis efficiency and quality of blood purification center,is conducive to the information and standardization construction of the dialysis work.
