摘要
为了设计出符合国标QC/T 545-1999的电液伺服减振器测试台,运用了误差补偿PID算法对信号进行调理,通过采用美国MTS407控制器结合LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件,实现了汽车减振器的示功试验、速度试验、摩阻试验、温衰试验、疲劳寿命试验、单双动试验和扫频特性试验。对CA1049减振器进行试验后的结果表明:测试系统采集数据量大,精度高,得到的特性曲线光滑,完全符合国家标准的要求。
To design the shock absorber electro-hydraulic servo-testing system conformed to national standard QC/T 545-1999,error compensating PID regulation method,which is appropriate for signal condition,is applied.According to adoption of MTS407 controller and LabVIEW virtual instrument software,implement indicator diagram testing,speed diagram testing,friction diagram testing,temperature wearing diagram testing,wearing life testing,single and double actuator testing and whole frequency testing are implemented.After the experiment conducted by using shock absorber CA1049,the result shows that the testing system can collect large volume of data,and has high precision.The characteristic curve obtained by the testing system is smooth and comformed with the national standard completely.
