摘要
以IR26、IR24为轮回亲本,赤块矮、IR50等为抗源供体品种,采用回交育种法,成功地将多个抗源的不同抗性基因导入轮回亲本,育成了一批抗稻瘟病的恢复系;用这批新育成的恢复系配组选育得到汕优6216等一批抗稻瘟病的新组合,目前已在生产中大面积推广。对回交育种中的有关技术也进行了讨论。
Using IR26 and IR24 as the recurrent parents and Zhikuai'ai and IR50 as the donors of rice blast resistance, a group of restorer lines into which the resistant genes from different donors are transferred and combined have been developed, and some hybrid combinations such as Shanyou 6216 mated from these restorer lines show a wide spectrum of resistance to different physiological races of rice blast and have been planted in commercial production. The related techniques in backcross breeding were also discussed.
