摘要
对五种经正火处理的45钢的金相组织和力学性能进行了分析。结果表明45钢的强度和塑性主要受碳含量的控制,随着碳含量的升高,强度增强,塑性下降,合金元素钒的加入可以有效地改善其显微组织和力学性能。
In this article, the mechanical properties and microstructure of five kinds 45 steel by normalizing processing were analyzed. The resulet show that the Strength and of 45 steel mainly were affected by the carbon content, With the increasing of carbon content in stee1, the strength was increased and the plastici ty decreased . The addition of vanadium alloying elements can effectively improve their microstructure and mechanical properties.
