摘要 针对过热汽温大惯性、大延迟的动态特性及在电厂单元机组中的控制难点,根据规则自调整模糊控制算法,同时考虑误差和误差变化率对模糊控制的影响,采用全论域自修正因子函数实现了改进的模糊PID复合控制。同时在误差较小时设置阈值细调自修正因子,大大增加了系统的稳定性。仿真结果验证了该控制方法的有效性,对过热汽温的控制有一定的指导意义。 Aimed at the dynamic characteristics of large inertial and large time-delay of superheated steam temperature system,a fuzzy control algorithm based on rule self-adjust was proposed.Based on rules self-adjusting fuzzy control algorithm and considering error and error rate of change,an improved Fuzzy-PID compound controller was realized which used whole domain of self-correction factor function.In addition,the algorithm set a threshold to finely adjust the self correct factor when the error was smaller and greatly increased the stability of the system.A simulation study of the main steam temperature control system shows that the algorithm has better self-adaptive ability and effectiveness.
