摘要
为提高高炉炼铁经济效益和生产质量,以焦比和炉温为研究对象,采用链系统控制方法,分析两者的主要影响因素和相互关系,并建立以焦比和炉温为控制对象的链系统控制模型,根据模型求出链预估算法和控制算法,最后做出仿真,仿真结果表明该控制系统具有良好的稳定性和抗干扰能力。
In order to improve economic benefits and production quality,the coke ratio and temperature and their correlation and influencing factors were analyzed to establish a chain system control model for the chain prediction and control algorithm.The simulation results show the outstanding stability and anti-interference ability of the system.
