《肃镇华夷志》是裕固族重要的历史资料,其中记载了不少与裕固族生产、生活有关的资料,这些资料,透露了裕固族早期饮食的状况,是研究裕固族历史和文化的重要史料。
Su Zheng Hua Yi Zhi is an important historic records that consists of lots of rare and valuable materials about the daily lives of the Yugur group.The work had presented us the early dietetic habit of the Yugur so that it become convinced text for studying on the history and culture of the Yugur.
