超滤膜法短流程工艺在南通市芦泾水厂提标改造工程中的应用 被引量:25

摘要 南通市芦泾水厂是采用常规处理工艺的老水厂。《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)实施后,芦泾水厂面临着水质如何达标的技术难题。通过一年多的中试研究,最终提出并实践了以浸没式超滤膜为核心的短流程水处理工艺,将水厂原有一组斜管沉淀池改造为集絮凝、沉淀、超滤膜过滤、反洗水回收、污泥浓缩为一体的短流程处理构筑物,提标改造后具有较好的运行效果。 Lujing Water Treatment Plant (LWTP) in Nantong City is a historic plant with the traditional treatment process. After the implementation of the latest revised "Standards for drinking water quality (GB 5749—2006)", LWTP faced a difficult task to achieve the water quality standard. Hence, based on more than one year pilot-scale investigation, we finally proposed and developed a shortened process with the submerged ultra-filtration membrane as the core part. In this project, one tube settling pond was reconstructed to be a shortened process combined of coagulation, settling, ultra-filtration, back-washing wastewater reclaiming, and sludge thickening. The operation effects after the upgrading reconstruction was successfully.
