摘要
采用盐析—树脂吸附—Fenton氧化组合工艺处理对羟基苯海因生产过程中排放的高浓度废水。通过试验确定了最佳盐析参数、树脂吸附最佳工艺参数及Fenton氧化的最佳试验参数。试验结果表明:在最佳工艺条件下对该废水进行处理,挥发酚浓度降至5 mg/L以下,去除率接近100%;CODCr降至100 mg/L以下,去除率可达98%以上,最终达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级标准。
A combined process of salting, resin adsorption, and Fenton oxidation was applied to the treatment of p-hydroxyphenylhy dantoin production wastewater. The optimum parameters of these processes were obtained according to the experiments. Results showed that, under the optimized process conditions, the concentration of volatile phenol and CODCr could reach below 5 mg/L and 100 mg/L, with removal efficiency close to 100% and up to 98% respectively, and the effluent could meet the first level of "Integrated wastewater discharge standard".
