摘要
将不同类型气水分离器安装在模拟室内排水系统的排水立管上,通过试验测得其与空白对照的排水系统的临界流量和立管内压力波动情况,确定气水分离旋流器的最佳结构。试验结果表明,安装新型气水分离旋流器可以将排水系统的最大流量提高21.6%,大大增加了排水立管的通气能力,减小了排水立管的压力波动,在造价仅为普通螺旋管的1/3~1/4条件下,达到了螺旋管的使用效果。
Different types of gas-water separators were installed in a single stack drainage system in the simulation of indoor drainage system. The differences in pressure fluctuation and critical flow between those and blank ones were distinguished by experiment and the best structure are identified. Experiment and date analysis showed that with the installation of the new gas-water separator, the maximum flow of the drainage systems had increased by the rate of 21.6%, the stand pipe ventilation ability was greatly improved and the pressure fluctuations experienced a flutter fading. What’s more, it reached the spiral pipe using effect with only 1/3 to 1/4 the price of spiral pipe.
