中西医结合治疗真性红细胞增多症19例 被引量:12

摘要 目的:观察中西医结合治疗真性红细胞增多症的临床疗效。方法:对19例真性红细胞增多症患者据临床表现分为痰湿瘀阻、血瘀气滞、心肝火旺、热入营血、气血亏虚、肝肾阴虚6型治疗,并配合静脉放血、化疗、α-干扰素、沙利度胺等进行治疗。结果:19例患者治疗1疗程完全缓解7例,临床缓解6例,好转4例,无效2例。结论:西医药在抑制红细胞增生、控制疾病症状方面有优势,中医药在延缓疾病进展和转化方面有特长,中西医结合分期与分型相结合、辨病与辨证相结合,取长补短、相得益彰、经济实用,能达到预防和治疗并发症,减少骨髓纤维组织增生,阻止真性红细胞增多症向骨髓纤维化和白血病方面转化的治疗目的。
