摘要
本文针对CO激光电源在工业现场的损坏现象,在CO激光电源的整流滤波电路上进行浪涌防护实验,并分析了浪涌抑制器件的选择,确定了CO激光电源的浪涌防护措施,实验验证了该措施有效、可行。
Based on phenomenon of the damage of CO2 laser power in industrial field,this paper analyzed the ways to choose the surge suppression device and determined the CO2 laser power surge protection method by the experiment on CO2 laser power rectifier filter circuit.The effectiveness of this method was demonstrated by the experiments.
