Efficacy of 3M Glass Ionomer Cements Combined with Photosensitive Resin for Restoration of Severe Damage in Posterior Tooth

摘要 目的:对3M含氟玻璃离子和光敏树脂联合修复后牙凹坑式严重磨耗的疗效进行观察评价。方法:患者126例,患牙268颗,近髓处的牙本质涂3M含氟玻璃离子,酸蚀后冲洗涂粘合剂,放置树脂,固化修整。结果:全部患牙术后立即消失敏感症状,随访至术后12个月修复牙形态、密合度、牙髓活力疗效满意度97.8%~100%,继发龋0.7%。结论:3M含氟玻璃离子和光敏树脂联合修复后牙凹坑式严重磨耗疗效满意持久。 Objective:To observe and evaluate the efficacy of 3M glass ionomer cements combined with photosensitive resin for restoration of severe damage in posterior tooth.Methods:268 damaged teeth were treated.The firster molar was covered with 3M glass ionomer cements,modified with acid and then with a layer of photosensitive resin.Light-cure and further modification was applied.Results:The symptoms of sensitivity disappeared in all damaged tooth.Followed up to the 12th month after the restoration,the efficacy and the rate of satisfication ranged from 97.8%~100%.Decayed teeth deleveoped in 0.7%.Conclusion:3M glass ionomer cements combined with photosensitive resin can be used effectively for restoration of severe damage in posterior tooth.
