摘要
基于马钢连续热镀锌生产线的生产实践,以改善退火炉性能提升产品竞争力为目标,以镀锌机组退火炉的退火设备及工艺特点为对象,介绍了辐射管加热设备及快速冷却设备的调整优化方法。阐述了马钢连续热镀锌生产线退火炉板温控制及退火工艺流程特点。通过对退火设备及工艺的深入认识与研究,从而形成对生产实践的正确指导,对确保产品质量、节能降耗及提升产品的竞争力有着十分重要的意义。
Efforts were made to increase the competitiveness of GI sheets by improving the performance of annealing furnace based on the production practice of Masteel's galvanizing line. Adjustment and optimization methods for radiate tube heaters and fast cooling equipment of the annealing furnace are introduced. Sheet temperature control and annealing process are also discussed. A deep study and understanding of the annealing equipment and process to form right guidance for production is important to product quality insurance, reducing energy consumption and improving product competitiveness.
