摘要
介绍了1400mm板坯连铸机铸坯在线二次火切割定尺长度的自动无级调节技术的研究、设计及开发,并实际成功应用,为板材轧机生产线提供了可短至1370mm定尺的合格铸坯,可极大地满足用户多规格品种钢板的全部需求,且经济效益可观。
The research, design, development and successful application of automatic stepless adjustment technology for the cut lengths of secondary flame cutting of 1400mm slab caster are introduced. This technology enables slabs to be cut as short as 1 370mm for the rolling mill, to meet the demand of customers for various specifications of sheet products.
