摘要 氨基甲酸乙酯(EC)是一种致癌物,黄酒中含量较高。采用固相萃取法提取黄酒中的EC,浓缩后进行GC/MS分析,SIM模式下内标法定量。方法回收率100.5%~106.2%,相对标准偏差为3.0%,方法检出限为0.54μg/kg,定量限为1.80μg/kg,方法准确可靠。采用本法测定10种市售黄酒,其EC含量为176.15~345.53μg/kg。 Ethyl carbamate is a carcinogen which existed in rice wine.The ethyl carbamate in sample was extracted by solid-phase extraction,concentrated by rotary evaporator and Termovap Sample Concentrator,and then analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry at selective ionsmonitoring mode with internal standard method.The method is accurate with a detection limit of 0.54μg/kg and limit of quantity of 1.80μg/kg.The recoveries were in the range of 100.5%-106.2%,and the relative standard deviation were 3.0 %.With this method,10 rice wine samples were determined,the contents of Ethyl carbamate were 176.15-345.53μg/kg.
