摘要
本文建立了呋喃虫酰肼在甘蓝和土壤中残留量的液相色谱定量检测方法。样品经乙腈提取,过SPEFlorisil小柱净化,采用150mm×4.6mm,C18不锈钢色谱柱,以甲醇∶水(75∶25)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长230nm,外标法定量进行HPLC测定。方法的线性范围在0.01~1.0mg/L,方程y=2075.9X-146.81,相关系数0.9999;最小检出量为0.001ng,最低检出浓度0.01mg/kg,回收率为80.1%~102.5%。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of furan tebufenozide residue in cabbage.Samples were extracted with acetonitrile, cleaned-up with SPE florisil small column. The determination was then performed on Cls stainless steel column (150mmx4.6mm i.d.) with mixture of methanol + water (75+25) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and the UV detection at 230nm.The method was fast and accurate with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.999 9 in the range of 0.01mg/L-1.00mg/L, the linearity equation was y=2 075.9X-146.81, the average recoveries were 80.1%-102.5%, the LOD was 0.001ng and LOQ was 0.01mg/kg.
