高水平轮滑运动员的心理咨询与评价体系研究

The Study on the High Level Skating Athlete's Psychology Counseling and Evaluation System

以江苏省轮滑队13名运动员作为研究对象,初步探讨在高水平轮滑运动员中建立心理咨询与评价体系的方法、步骤,进一步研究建立心理咨询和评价体系的可行性;从理论和实践层面证明:心理咨询与评价体系可以适用于竞技轮滑体育运动队;心理咨询与评价体系可以筛查运动员精神异常,可以对运动员个性和心理健康进行全面的量化测量,可以对运动员心理与运动成绩提高提供科学依据。

In this study,Jiangsu Province,13 skating team players for the study to explore the high-level sports teams to create a psychological consultation and evaluation system for the steps,methods and other procedures to further study the establishment of psychological counseling and evaluation system for the feasibility and effectiveness;prove by theory and practice：psychological consultation and evaluation can be used in competitive skating teams,help to screen athlete＇s psychological problem;take all-side measure for both character and mental health;provide scientific basis for the athlete＇s mental and progress.
