摘要
拓展训练使学生通过在活动中亲自参与来获得个人体验和感悟,实现了传统体育课程教学的基础性与拓展训练的开拓性、教育性和趣味性的有机结合。依据拓展训练课程的结构特征,从内容的选择、教学单元安排、课程实施、考核与评价以及安全问题五方面对如何设计拓展训练课程提出建议。
As one kind of experiential learning,Outward Bound Training Course(OBTC) has realized organic synthesis of the traditional curriculums' foundational and OBTCs' potential,educational and the interesting by student's individual experience and the feeling obtained in the activity.The paper discusses OBTCs' meaning and its structural characteristic,and then provides the suggestion from the content choice,the teaching unit arrangement,the curriculum implements,the appraisal as well as the security and so on.
