院前急救培训对改善基层医院院前急救的现状的体会

目的回顾分析我市中心卫生院院前急救现状及影响因素，提出院前急救培训对改善基层医院院前急救现状的体会。方法对2008年-2009年我市中心卫生院院前急救培训情况和急救情况进行回顾总结，分析中心院院前急救现状及影响因素。结果通过院前急救培训，不仅提高医护人员院前急救处置能力，而且减少相应医疗纠纷。结论院前急救培训是提高基层医护人员的急救意识、知识、技术，开展快捷、优质、高效的院前急救，改善基层医院院前急救现状的有效方法。

objective review of my town houses of prehospital emergency situation and the factors that make first aid training to improve basic hospital experience of prehospital emergency situation. Methods in my city health center in prehospital emergency care training situation and of the review, Analysis Center College aid status and factors. Results through training in first aid, health care professionals not only improve pre-hospital treatment capacity and reducing the corresponding medical disputes. Conclusion of first-aid training is to improve primary health care workers first aid awareness, knowledge, technology, developing fast, high quality and efficiency of aid, improving primary status of hospital pre-hospital care.
