TE新辅助化疗治疗局部晚期乳腺癌的近期疗效观察

Short term effect observation of locally advanced breast cancer under TE neoadjuvant chemotherapy

目的探讨TE新辅助化疗对局部晚期乳腺癌的疗效及应用价值。方法采用TE新辅助化疗方案治疗局部晚期乳腺癌54例，化疗3—4周期后观察疗效。结果临床有效率（完全缓解＋部分缓解）为74.1％（40／54），临床获益率（完全缓解＋部分缓解＋病情稳定）92.6％（50／54），病理完全缓解率7.4％（4／54）。46（85.2％）例获根治性手术。中位随访时间40个月，总生存率为74.1％（40／54），无瘤生存率为55.6％（30／54）。结论TE新辅助化疗能降低局部晚期乳腺癌术前TNM分期，使部分患者重获根治性手术机会，有较高缓解率。

Objective： To investigate the effficacy of TE ncoadjuvant chemotherapy for locally advanced breast cancer. Methods： TE neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the treatment of 54 patients with locally advanced breast cancer, effects were observed after 3-4 cycles. Results： The clinical response rate （complete response ＋ partial response） was 74.1% （40/54）, clinical benefit rate （complete response ＋ partial response ＋ stable disease） was 92.6%（50/54）, pathological complete response rate of 7.4% （4/ 54）. 46 （85.2%） cases were undergo radical mastectomy. Median follow up of 40 months, overall survival was 74.1% （40/54）, tumor-free survival rate was 55.6% （30/54）. Conclusion： TE neoadjuvant chemotherapy for locally advanced breast cancer can reduce preoperative TNM staging and has high response rate, so that radical mastcctomy in some patients regain opportunities.
