摘要
针对单元机组协调控制系统多变量、强耦合、时变、滞后大的特点,提出一种采用串联后补偿单向解耦后加入PID控制器自整定的控制策略。该控制策略首先对系统进行串联后补偿实现完全解耦,并通过单向解耦对解耦系统进行简化,然后把多变量的控制问题转化为多个单变量,再对各个单变量加入PID控制器进行自整定。通过对125MW单元机组协调控制系统的仿真分析可知,这种方法有效消除了输入与输出之间的强耦合带来的不利影响,使系统输出稳定,控制效果好。
To the characteristics of the coordinated control system of the generating unit such as multi-variables,strong coupling,time varying,and long time-delay,a control strategy based on one-way decoupling of compensation PID controller is presented.The system is compensated in backword series,and the decoupled system is simplified by one-way decoupling.The multi-variables are transformed into single variables,and then the single variable is adjusted by PID controller.The simulation results to the 125 MW generating unit coordinated control system show that the method emits the negative result made by the input and output due to strong coupling,makes the system stable,and achieves the good control effect.
