摘要
以变电站新型通信网络和系统协议IEC61850为基础,研制一种应用于变电站间隔层的新型智能电子设备(IED),即电力系统智能节点。在该设备的设计方案中,提出了一种ARM+DSP双CPU结构的设计方法。在当今电网实时传送的信息量成倍增长的情况下,利用ARM+DSP双CPU结构的高效快速的处理能力和强大的实时监控功能,能很好地满足实际应用的要求。智能设备的软硬件设计都采用模块化设计方法,使得智能设备具有良好的扩展性,从而适应变电站自动化系统未来发展的需要。在实际工程中成功地应用了所研制的设备,实现了变电站自动化系统的智能化、信息化、高可靠性和低成本。
A new type intelligent electronic device is developed to substation spacing layer based on IEC61850 system and new substation communication network,which is called the electric power system intelligent node.A kind of design method using ARM and DSP processors is proposed.To the problem that the real-time information grows quickly in the electrical network,the fast digital signal operation and the formidable real-time monitoring function of embedded ARM and DSP processors are used to satisfy the request of the practical application.Modularization design method is adopted in hardware and software design of intelligent device,so the intelligent device is extended,which is available for the developing trend of the substation automation system.The device is successfully applied to actual project,and the substation automation system has characteristics of intellectualization,informationization,high reliability,and low cost.
