摘要
针对乙烯长周期生产的实际需要,提出了基于平行系统理论的评估方法和具体实现手段。首先建立起人工乙烯系统,涉及乙烯生产的社会复杂性(制度、人员)和工程复杂性(设备、工艺)等主要方面。在此基础上,通过虚实结合的计算实验和平行评估方法,来评估实际生产中已经和可能出现的问题,做好事故预防和应急处理,不断优化实际生产的制度标准、人员班组、设备工艺、生产方案、总体管理目标等,不断提升乙烯长周期生产管理的精细化和科学化水平。
A kind of parallel system theory based evaluation method is proposed to pursuit long period ethylene production.The artificial ethylene system (AES)is created according to the social complicity (such as regulation,human resource)and engineering complicity (such as device,production process)of real ethylene production process.Based on the AES,the computing experiment and parallel evaluation are used to predict and prevent possible risks and problems,to continuously optimize the regulation and standard,human resource and organization,production process and targets,and so to improve the management level of ethylene production.
