安徽省不同地区人群和家畜恙虫病血清流行病学调查

Seroepidemiological Investigation on Tsutsugamushi Disease of People and Livestock in Different Regions of Anhui Province

目的了解安徽省丘陵和平原人群和家畜恙虫病感染状况和分布特点,为科学防治恙虫病提供依据。方法2009年4-5月在安徽省广德、明光和怀远县采集农村人群血清613份,家畜血清150份,使用试剂盒,采用间接免疫荧光法（IFA）检测恙虫病抗体,并进行不同地区、年龄、性别比较。结果613份人血清中,恙虫病阳性血清241份,阳性率39.31%,存在地区、年龄和性别差异。家畜血清150份,恙虫病阳性血清71份,阳性率47.33%,存在地区差异。结论安徽省部分农村地区存在恙虫病自然疫源地。近年在丘陵和平原时有疫情发生,要加强恙虫病的防治工作。

Objective To explore the prevalence situation and the characteristics of distribution of Tsutsugamushi disease in population and livestock in the hills and Huaibei plain of Anhui province,and to provide a scientific basis for its prevention and treatment.Methods 613 serum samples of people in rural area and 150 serum sample of livestock were collected in GuangDe,MingGuang and HuaiYuan county from April to May of 2009.Indirect fluorescence assay（IFA） was used to detect the Rickettsia Tsutsugamushi Antibody level.Meanwhile,in accordance with different geographical region,different age and different sex,the antibody level of the serum samples were made a comparison.Results Among those 613 human serum samples,the antibody-positive sera were 241,the positive rate reached 39.31%,and there were significant differences in antibody levels of human serum samples in different regions,age and sex groups.Among 150 serum samples of livestock,the antibody-positive sera were 71,the positive rate reached 47.33%,and there was significant difference in the antibody levels of serum samples of livestock in different regions.Conclusion Some rural areas in Anhui province were the endemic areas of Tsutsugamushi disease.In recent years,its outbreaks have occurred in the hills and Huaibei Plain,so it is necessary to strengthen prevention and control for the disexse.
